Rates are based on an occupancy of 2 adults and children under 16 years of age or 4 adults maximum per cabin. Cabin/House/Condo rates vary from $900 to $2000 per week plus taxes. Reservation deposit is 50% of the total reservation. Our cancellation policy: 75% deposit refund if cancelled 90 days or more pior to reservation date . No refund if cancelled after May 1st.
